SHIPPING INFORMATION: Shipping is calculated based on the item's size and weight. We will email you tracking information upon shipment of your order.

Please allow 10-14 days processing time before we ship. **RUSH OPTION** is available for a small fee if you're in a hurry. Please email us to confirm we are able to accommodate you BEFORE you purchase the Rush Fee!

We ship via US Priority Mail for items over 1lb. Please allow 2-4 days delivery for Priority mail items. Items weighing under 1lb are shipped via US Ground Advantage with the USPS. This takes 2-6 days delivery for Ground Advantage.

Return/Cancellation Policy

Please check to ensure all order details, shipping info, etc. are correct prior to placing your order.
Orders cannot be cancelled once an order is placed.
Returns are NOT accepted for custom, personalized, or sale items. All seasonal items are also final sale.
APPROVED returns are accepted for store credit or exchange. Credit will be for the amount of the original item cost only. Original shipping costs will not be credited.
Should there be an issue on our end with your order we will gladly cover return shipping in order for us to correct any issue.
APPROVED returns should be initiated within two days of order delivery. Return must be received back in our warehouse within seven business days.

In order to exchange, item must be unworn and not damaged. We will cover the cost of postage when we make mistakes! Please contact us at 806-557-6360 or via email (CustomThreadsShop@gmail.com) to initiate the return.
